Data Storage Your uploaded files and reports are stored securely using Supabase. Anonymous authentication means we never require your name or email.

Data Retention Your reports are stored so you can access them later in My Reports. You may request deletion by contacting us.

1. Informational Use Only CheckMyBid provides AI-generated analysis for informational purposes only. Reports are not legal, financial, or professional contracting advice. Always consult a licensed professional before signing any contract.

2. No Guarantee of Accuracy AI-generated reports may be incomplete or inaccurate. The Mella LLC makes no warranties about the completeness, accuracy, or fitness of any report for any particular purpose.

3. Payments All purchases are one-time fees. No refunds are provided once a report has been generated and delivered. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

4. Limitation of Liability The Mella LLC is not liable for any decisions made based on CheckMyBid reports, including financial losses or contractual disputes arising from contractor agreements.

5. Intellectual Property CheckMyBid and all related content are owned by The Mella LLC. You may not reproduce or redistribute the app or its reports.

6. Changes to Terms We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
